The registered details below are provided so you can identify the company behind this site.

This is a registered company address given for identification. It is not an office that receives visitors, and it should not be used to send correspondence.

Hosting and delivery

The website’s pages, images, and machine-readable documents are static files served by Cloudflare’s content delivery network. Cloudflare processes the network request to deliver each page, which can include your IP address and user agent in its own operational logs. Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation and data-processing terms govern that processing; this notice does not restate or modify them.

Cloudflare’s free plan includes a Turnstile anti-abuse challenge on the contact form. It processes technical request data to decide whether a submission looks automated.

How an inquiry is processed

The form posts your details to a small Cloudflare Worker that validates them. If a valid submission passes the Turnstile check, the Worker sends the message through Cloudflare’s email service to the studio’s mailbox. The sending address and the receiving mailbox are configured on the server; the form cannot choose them.

Your email address is included as the reply address. The message passes through the studio’s email service and then exists in the mailbox that answers inquiries. Please avoid including confidential documents, credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

A successful form response means the email service accepted the request for delivery. It does not confirm that a person has read it.

What the site does not collect

The site initializes no analytics or advertising scripts, and sets no tracking cookies of its own.

The contact form exists for project and privacy inquiries. The studio does not send marketing messages through it, and no marketing consent is collected on this site.

That is a statement about this website’s own code. It is not a claim that the hosting, email, or challenge providers store no information about a visit.

Application handling and logs

The contact handler does not log inquiry payloads, challenge verdicts, or raw provider responses. Provider and challenge failures are returned to the form as controlled error messages.

A hidden field is used to reject naive automated form posts. It is not a CAPTCHA and does not stop a determined automated client.

Why an inquiry is used

Contact-form details are used to reply to your inquiry and, where a project fits, to take steps you request before entering into a contract. Replying is the purpose this notice covers; the details are not used for anything else.

For this website’s handling, the legal basis we rely on is the steps you request before entering into a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and in preventing automated misuse of this form through the Turnstile check described above. This states how the site works; it is not a certification of legal compliance.

The privacy acknowledgement checkbox confirms that you have read this page. It is not marketing consent, and it is not a blanket legal consent.

How long inquiries are kept

Unsuccessful inquiries are kept for up to 3 years after the last meaningful contact, and are deleted after that. This is the studio’s own retention rule for inquiries, decided for this site.

This notice covers website inquiries, not client-engagement records.
